SB, but this one has no dash after the 38, which is similar to EIN [095] (F‑Skirt) ["L" in oval]/LYNCHBURG (R‑Skirt/Left) No.38/[#] (R‑Skirt/Right) MADE IN/U.S.A. RDP, but obviously, this one is SB. The mold number is 5. Condition is excellent with just a couple pinpoint pecks on the outside and some short rough edges to the inner skirt. Yellow Green color is also unlisted for either EIN.
