I believe most of the electric service wires (on the poles on the left) were beneath the fire alarm circuits on the top crossarm.

The majority of deep amber T-H.E. Co. insulators were found on fire box lines in Rockland and neighboring Abington, Massachusetts. Maybe there are one or two in this picture :-)
