This CD 155 style solid pour special issue insulator paperweight was made by Wentzel & Cobb. It is a dark amber color and looks to be in mint condition to me. The front Armstrong embossing is partially blotted out by a crease in the glass. The back is marked; "Made In U.S.A. 68". There is some reference information posted by Lee Brewer on ICON that 22 of this amber color were made. It is a tough specialty piece to locate and the last one sold on ICON was listed in 2016.
