It is pretty rare to see this type of construction! Perhaps the residents of this community did not want poles placed along their street...or maybe this was a temporary build for whatever reason.

Up until when I found this photo, I thought I invented tree-mounted-crossarm lines!! That was when I was a kid years ago :-)
