Here is a really neat NOS porcelain standoff insulator made by the Wirt Company of Philadelphia Pennsylvania with the original box. The wire goes through the porcelain insulator that is held by a bracket. They also made a couple of Lightning arresters too. Finding any insulator products with their original boxes is very hard to do. Most of the time they were thrown away or deteriated over time. Plus the boxes usually had a description of how to install and the company's address.
