Up for sale is a great charactered example of the gorgeous Hemingray No. 21 CD 145. This example is the [080] EIN and is a beautiful bright Hemingray blue colour. The oddity found in this example is the presence of a dramatic underpour to half of the base, making the SDP rounded on half the base, while they remain sharp on the other. As can be seen in the base photo, the drips are almost absent altogether in one spot. There is also a nice ghost embossing of the "MADE IN" portion of the embossing just above it on the rear skirt. This one would likely have seen use along one of the Canadian Pacific Railway branches here in S.W. Ontario but its provenance is lost unfortunately.

The condition of this example isn't perfect, but then these SDP Hemingrays almost never are. Three partially chipped drips on this one - one in the front with just the rear half missing, and two just behind the left mold line. There is also a pair of 1/8" pings on the left side of the dome. The rear crown also has some odd scuffing/scratching. All in all this example is much better than the average.
