By 1920 the George Cutter lighting fixture business was sold to Westinghouse. During the early 1920s both the Westinghouse and Cutter names were used in advertisements, catalogs, etc. By the mid 1920s Westinghouse was the sole name and slightly revised design of the majority of their line of lighting products.
