I bought this on eBay after 10 minutes it was listed. I bought it fast as it said 20 people were viewing it per minute! I believe this is a lineman tool but don't know it's age, name, value and what it was used for. It's kind of a mystery to me but is very neat and looks very early. Any information appreciated. Enjoy!
