Here are some of the nicer pieces I brought home with me from the Yankee Pole Cat show last weekend. From left are a minty CD 134 Pennycuick with the CR base in unlisted Blue; a scarcer CD 134 Oakman style with Pennycuick threads, also in Blue; a CD 134 (can you sense a theme here?) B.G.M.CO. in Purple with Milk in as close to mint as I've ever seen; a CD 728.8 Boston Bottle Works threadless (a new CD to my collection); a minty CD 104 N.E.T. & T. in Yellow Olive (darker than the photo); and a CD 134 Pennycuick SB in bubbly, fizzy Aqua. I sometimes get lucky finding nicer insulators out in the field at flea markets, yard sales, junk shops, and the like, but it'd take me half a lifetime to come up with these finds that I snagged in a couple hours at the Yankee Pole Cat show last Sunday, which was loaded with tables overflowing with insulators and go-withs at least of this same quality, or better. As my table-mate Gene Hawkins is wont to say, "Get out to a show!"
