This insulator is a CD 304 top and a CD 310 base that is nicknamed a Coolie Hat. It has faint pressed in embossing; "Hemingray Patent May 2 1893". The insulator is a blue aqua color that is strong on the blue side. It is in very near mint + condition with only 3 drips with tiny open bubbles on their tips, 2 tiny 3/16" surface marks on the front, and a tiny peck mark on the cable top.
