This insulator is a CD 303 top and a CD 310 base that is known as a Muncie. This one has the very unusual "No. 76" embossing below the Muncie Type. It is a beautiful Blue color. I have compared it to my Hemingray Blue one in my collection and it is just not quite as blue. The CD 310 base is a shade lighter blue but I am checking my stock to find a better color blue base. The top is in nice condition with a small 3/16" bruise in the wire groove, a quarter size chip in the inner skirt, a 1" long shallow factory annealing crack to the right of the word Type. There is also a very thin flat 1/2" edge flake on the No. 76 side. The base is in very near mint + condition. These Muncie No. 76 insulators have become very difficult to locate particularly in a nice blue like this one. Insulators make great presents even for yourself.
