Up for grabs is another pair of great character B CD 145s which originated from here in S.W. Ontario.

At left is a green B in the [037] EIN with a rounded base. This example has some great wispy milk swirls throughout the left side and entire rear half of the piece, from the base up to the dome. This shows quite well when underlit. It also has a bit of a whittled surface texture and of course the usual bubbles and straw marks. This example has a 1/4" ping on the outer base edge behind the left mold line and a few shallow slices off the sharp inner base edge as seems to always be the case with these RB examples. There is also a 5/8" tall annealing crack in the rear base which has slightly separated, confirming it is from factory.

At right is an example in the [070] EIN with No. 44 on the rear skirt THIS PIECE HAS SOLD. This example has a great wonky skirt with a slump on one side as shown, as well as an off-centre pinhole. It's a great character piece, but unfortunately it does have a large 1 1/8" long fracture in the front skirt. I can't see any impact point, so this may be thermal or due to an imperfection in the glass. It also has a 1/4" bruise on the inner edge of the rear base. It also has a 3/8" long lehr kiss on the front skirt just below the wire groove.

The No. 44 has sold, and I'm now asking $12.00 US plus shipping for the steamy/milky swirled green example. I accept PayPal, or personal cheque from any member of ICON or any collector with whom I have dealt before. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or for more photos, and look through my other items or unsold sales stock to combine shipping on items.
