I dug this pair of great-looking ponies from an old Bell Telephone dump near Lucknow, Ontario with fellow collector Kyle Waters more than 5 years ago now. Hard to believe that much time has gone by as the experience still seems vibrant in my mind. I still have a small group of these tie-wired ponies left and it's time to set a couple more free to the hobby!

At left is a [050] NN Canada example in light aqua. It has a deep wire rub with some associated flaking on one side of the wire groove, and a 1/4" flat base flake on one side.

At right is a [030] Brookfield example with sharp drips. This one has a crude whittled and straw-marked surface texture and some minor amber wisps. It has a 3/4" faint bruise on the left rear side of the base and 3 partially nicked drips. Not bad for one of these.
