These do not show up often, and when they do, the incused STL in a circle logo is so faint it doesn't exist. It's not strong on this one, but readable. Just ask and I will provide a pic of the marking. The rack itself may or may not be of Saint Louis Malleable origin, though I strongly believe it is. The finish and cast metal is the same, and it has an STL spool on it, so why not?
