This is an Odd Ball 5 1/4" Dia. x 4 3/4" Tall Porcelain U number and who made it, Thomas? Value, Thank you

Hello,

Your Oddball porcelain piece is a U-943. It has a high number because it's a glazeweld. They were made by Thomas and I have several. Not real rare but not dirt common. An old piece for sure. A single piece version was also made but its U# is way back at U-620. You can spot the difference by the unglazed firing rest on top of a U-943 and the bottom of its twin made in one piece. Your U-670ish piece is likely a Victor or Lima by the glaze. No idea what value. If a Lima specialist ID'd it as a Lima for sure, it would be more than a plain Victor. Ken Willick could tell you for sure.
