This was the construction design for pintype insulators that ran for nearly a quarter-mile on each side of the subway tracks, predominantly between Park and Arlington stations. All were CD 140's although a few porcelain New Lexington cabletop insulators (same basic style as the glass No. 5 Cable) were employed as well. Click "Previous" for an overall view of this image.
