This insulator is a CD 248 top and 2 CD 311 bases. It is the [020] listing in the book. The insulator is a light straw color. It is in near mint condition with the top having a couple tiny peck marks on the crown edge and one on the flange edge. One base has a thin flat 1/4" flake on the inside edge of the outer skirt on the embossed side. The other base is really nice but the embossing is a bit faint.
