This insulator is a CD 145 embossed on the front G. T. P. and B on the back. It is a dark aqua color with a bunch of "snow" particles in the glass. The insulator is in near mint condition with a peck mark flake on the back upper wire groove edge and a 3/16" pressure bruise around a "snow" particle on the back edge.
