The upper bubble was formed by an under-pour in the dome causing a pocket that must have filled with factory carbon. Below that bubble is a clear bubble in the same area. It has the Pennycuick dot at the top of the pinhole. This insulator is in relatively great condition. The noticeable damage is: a half inch by 1/8 inch inside the pin hole chip (still adhered). There are several small spots of roughness to the underside of the wire ridge (were the cable would have been). A complete ping and ding inspection / report can be made on request.
