This CD 303 top and a CD 310 base is known as a Muncie. It is an aqua color. The insulator is in nice condition with only a small chip on the inner edge of the outer skirt that removes one drip on the back. It also has a couple of narrow faint lightning flash etch marks on the back. This one is really cool since it has the original wire and tie wire just as the lineman cut it from either end. An insulator that came from the line that went from Boulder MT to Elkhorn MT. A very cool display piece with the original setup.
