This is the CD 263 Columbia with the 1890 patent date only. It is a blue aqua color that is strong on the blue side. The insulator is in very near mint condition with only a tiny 3/16" flake off the ear edge next to the right hand eye and a tiny peck mark on the back. These patent date only Columbia's are very tough to find.
