Another collector stated the building next to the Clark County Telephone building looked like it had a pair of CD 151's on it. [id=557773579] So I went back for a second look. Turned out to be a CD 162 Hemingray / Patented May 2 1893 // Petticoat in Aqua ; and a CD 164 Hemingray- 20 // Made in U.S.A. S.D.P. in Hemingray Blue.
