Saw this gem along E. Dakota Ave. in Fresno CA. USA this morning while returning home after flying my drone.

Note the light grey suspension discs, what I believe are HV switches (bridging the suspensions), the pole pig, and the HPS (high pressure sodium) streetlight that should have already turned off (thisw photograph was taken just after 9:00am PDT on 07-31-19).
