I've never seen one like this in my 20+ years of collecting.

Snowy fizzy heavy amber swaths from the base up over the dome and back down the back side. I've seen these with heavy amber before, but never with snow and fizz mixed in with the amber.

Has backwards 2 on dome. MLOB - RB
