Hemingray made insulator, could almost be an ice aqua. These lighter colors are harder to find that the standard aqua. Most of these have some kind of damage. This has flake under the "F" in F.M. Locke. Couple other little flakes off the edge of the skirt. Little thin chip off the middle skirt. Some roughness off the inner skirt. Over sounds worse than it is, I can send more photos if needed.
