Here is the finished product with the lights off. I drilled enough holes to go with either one glass shelf, or two. In the end, I decided to go with two shelves, meaning 3 display surfaces. The first two are roughly 5" - 5 1/4" tall, and the top shelf is approx. 4 1/2" tall. The glass shelves are 3/8" by 5" deep by 38" wide and are tempered. They cost a ton - almost triple of what my original shelfs (similar specs) cost from 7 years ago on my first project, but are worth it.
