This is a minty CD 145 EIN [270] (F‑Skirt) W. BROOKFIELD (R‑Skirt) NEW YORK SB in Light Blue Aqua. The glass clarity is very high, and the pinhole and threads are clearly visible and extremely precise and well-made. That is not so unusual for these older SKEBs, but it's the button-like top of the pinhole that prompts my inquiry. Take a look at the close-up photos, and you'll see it's flat and cylindrical and extends up from the top thread a good quarter inch. I've seen many, many Brookfield beehives, but I don't recall seeing this particular feature before. Have you? Thanks for any info.

One of our western US collectors provided the following intel:

"This pinhole is peculiar to this WBF SKEB. I found my first one on the NP mainline, just east of the Highway 169 crossing, near Black Diamond, Wa. Unusual for sure, but they seem to be consistent with that particular beehive."
