I found this insulator at an Estate sale and it has an iron cap on it. It looks like it was manufactured this way, but I'm not sure. It looks like an emerald green CD 102 "star." The iron part is very rusted, so it must have been outside for a long time. It also has notches on each side. It must have had some unique kind of use. Has anyone seen anything like this? What was it used for? Thanks Greg
