I am selling this repaired Colgate- Oakland line M-2795 gutter . The top platter was fractured into seven or so large pieces and epoxied together. There are a few small rim chips and spout chip that were repaired . The top has marking 4-1 and a date of VICTOR/ Dec 8 1900 on the other side . The top is very tightly repaired and "rings" when you tap it like an unbroken specimen would . The fractures are actually hard to see .

The base was split into three large parts and cleanly repaired with professional UV glue . There is a wack in the back of the base at the bottom rim that is missing some butterfly chips .

I did not use any resin in the base. What you see is all glass .the chipped area on the back of the base could be resin filled and made perfect but that will take more work and increase the price of the insulator . I will include a sample of the original 1900 Colgate-Oakland transmission line conductor with the insulator. Please contact me for additional details about the repairs and more photos.
