There's nothing not to like about these (I'm told) U-149 Pittsburgh High Voltage Porcelain beehives! all of them are very, tall, narrow, old looking, they lean, they have glazed over chips, they have various glazing errors, every one has a completely different wire groove, they're generally crude! Everything about them is great! This one even has a particularly nice glaze! Most are a darker, mottled brown, while this one's closer to caramel, or butterscotch, and looks beautiful, especially up on a pole! I wish I had gotten an in-service photo when I pulled it on a quick hunt last Sunday.
