Photo taken in a seacoast Maine community. The orangey porcelain insulators carrying primary-voltage electric circuits atop each pole are Lapp 5840s. Central Maine Power Company used these "foggers" rather extensively in coastal towns they served. Their triple-skirted pintypes ranged from a nice light, uniform pumpkin to dark mahogany. Most had bottom-rest (unglazed) bases.
