Here is a nice cornflower blue W.E MFG. CO. This is an H mold which might be a tougher letter to get in cornflower.

Embossing: front dome W.E. MFG. CO.; front skirt PATENT DEC. 19, 1871; rear dome W.U.; rear skirt H.

Condition: there are two annealing cracks/lines which is not uncommon in cornflower, the first one is 3" and starts in the front wire groove and runs diagonally up and to the right over the side of the dome; second one is 1" and starts just in front of the right mold line in the wire groove and goes around back ending on the upper wire ridge. There is no missing glass and you cannot feel anything on these. There is a 1/8" clam shell shaped flake on the base mold line, some slight rough spots on the base mold line, and a pinhead nick on the upper wire ridge on the right. It sounds worse than it is but I am trying to be complete and accurate and aside from the annealing cracks the rest of the insulator is pretty clean. Character: there is some light fizziness/steam through parts of the glass and some small bubbles.

I have added a few pictures taken in natural sunlight.

A mint example of this one lists for $1000-$1250 in the PG, how about $450 plus shipping.
