This insulator has been assigned U-89A.

This dry process piece has heavy 3/4" threading with 3 small teat rests on the base and the Thomas (T) marking. Per Elton's research it most closely resembles Thomas No. 6032.

It was acquired in an antique store in Ontario (Canada), but was noted by the owner to have originated from a West Virginia coal mine.
