"In this pic, this is likely an interurban streetcar line. The poles with multiparts in the foreground were likely part of a private, dedicated line that carried juice to the streetcar powerhouses. The arm below has a feeder cable, as well as a phone circuit that connected the streetcar powerhouses. This was common practice with interurban streetcar lines. The shed-like building at the far left was likely a passenger waiting area."
