Collector Phil Gillham made these many years back -- it is a Whitall Tatum CD 214 lapidary cut including the lead thimble! Really cool item marked on the back with the exact location where the insulator was found. Awesome piece of history I no longer can display due to space so want to get it to some who can! $10 plus actual postage.
