Here is a COLUMBIA CD 263 [040] in Really Dark Aqua This one has the inner skirt and it's threaded on the inner aspect of the outer skirt. It has the PAT'D MAY 12 1891 over the COLUMBIA embossing.

This piece is extremely clean...just two tiny open inner skirt edge bubbles and a tiny fish eye on the rear dome...that's it!!
