Here's a CORKSCREW CD 110.5 Natl. Ins. Co. Base Embossed w/ Segmented Threads. Just an open bubble on one of the ridges and light scratch on the base. A nice stream of decending bubbles enhances it's look. Great condition for one of these damage-prone pieces!!
