Retrofitted pole

From what I know, this pole is along an early transmission line that went up in 1915, operating at 22kV (with M-2340 or thereabouts) only to see a voltage increase within a few years to 40kV and a changeover to M-26xx multiparts. Posts came still later, but more recently the line became a long-haul distribution line to a soon to be ghost town (only a major elevator remains). You can see where the shield wire, the two transmission arms, and the original distribution arm were attached.
