Embossed with only "Patd" on the base. These are attributed to Cadiz, after shards from the factory site were discovered. This little pony was used on the lines eventually owned by the Mountain States Telephone Co. leading to Leadville, Colorado.

The glass has a bright glow to it, with lots of tiny bubbles, white "wigglies", and tiny squiggles of olive/green. The interior cavity suggests Homer Brooke may have had a hand in making the molds for Cadiz.
