This is a beauty of a threadless! I don't see an accurate color in the guide for this one as it is deeper blue than "light blue". Also has a nice trail of milk as seen in the photo. What looks to be a couple of open bubble on the wire groove is all I can find wrong with it. How about $200 shipped? PayPal preferred.
