Spent part of today visiting antique stores, some we've visited before and some we haven't. One of the most interesting ones we saw closed just before we got there so we'll have to go back. At another store that is inside of a shopping mall, we found this Electra lightning rod ball. Unfortunately it has a chip out of the back, but the color is great, and I felt the price was OK, even with the chip. No interesting insulators today, though. If anyone could give me more information about how common this color/embossing is, and what the value of one in this shape is, I'd appreciate it.
