Here's a tough pair of small spools from France. The first one is a scarce base embossed "FOL." and 22 on the skirt. Color is a Light Sage Yellow Green (not as dark as photo). Has several teeny base rim nibbles on each side. VNM. The one on the right is skirt embossed FOL (front) No 23 (reverse). Color is a medium Sage Yellow Green. (not as dark as photo) Has a match head flake and a few teeny base rim nibbles, VNM.
