Here is a CD 145. It doesn't seem to have a matching EIN in the book. Maybe it's unlisted? It's one of the Cliff St. varieties with a number and one patent date on the rear crown. Nice green color.

Only issues are a shallow pea-sized flake at the bottom of the rear skirt and a match head sized flake on the base of the inner skirt. Maybe some slight wire groove rubbing. Looks almost perfect from the front.
