I would like some expert opinion on the embossing on a CD 121 CANADA Royal Purple insulator. I recently bought one of these and it has the same markings as another I already had. The one I already had was cataloged by me as being CANADA primary embossing EIN [020]. I think I figured since the B.T.C. was so faint it was intended as being a blot out? But what are your thoughts on which EIN this insulator falls into, it could be one of the two following EIN's.

B.T.C primary embossing [010] B.T.C. / CANADA ($40-50)

CANADA primary embossing [020] [B.T.C. blotted out embossing] / CANADA ($50-75)

For me the value isn't the big deal, but since I am collecting for the most part strictly CD 121's. My collection is being directed to be as complete of a North American CD 121 collection can be in all of its entirety. So the EIN is more important to limit duplicating of the same EIN and color. As you can see in the picture above I circled the faint B.T.C. markings on the insulator in question. I don't see any evidence of there being an actual blot out marking, that is why I question should it be considered a blot out? Thank You for your help.
