Wild blue with veils of milk. Another Block Type lettered Prismic. I have totally opaque examples in blue, but like this one best. The outer "skin" of the insulator has a crystal-like clarity, with the clouds of milk wound more closely around the pinhole, with nice patches of the unclouded glass here and there to the center, making it look like some sort of purposely-made art glass. This piece was picked by Bill Reid on the main lead running south of Coeur d'Alene along old Highway 95, "about 5 miles out of town, in the canyon above Cougar Bay".
