Not a normal boring CREB CD 145

This was one of my wild find CREBS

It has some snow and amber streaking, but it has a carbon ring all the way around in the inner skirt that's trapped in an extra layer of glass on the inner surface.

It is not soot on the glass surface, and there is no gap between the extra glass and the inside surface of the lower skirt.
