Now that it is fall, that means it is the start of hunting season for me. Tracy Schaff and I decided to kick off the season by going on a hunt up around the west shore by Harrisburg. One of the spots we checked was the site of the old PRR interlocking and tower at Lemoyne. No insulators there, but there were a bunch of pipes and remains of the interlocking. I did get this neat picture though across the New Cumberland bridge looking toward Harrisburg. This was also a junction for multiple 138kv circuits for the PRR's electrification, all of which is now abandoned here. The tracks were removed during the Conrail era I believe.
