What is unique about this insulator is the fact that there is a "5" and an "A" that are stamped on the dome at a 45 degree angle directly above the (R-Skirt) embossing. The "5" and "A" are faint and only half of the "5" can be seen. It's as if the person who was stamping the (R-Skirt) of the insulator also bumped the dome right after or before they were stamping the (R-Skirt).

This insulator is in excellent condition with just a few tiny chips/nicks and a few tiny fractures. One of the fractures is around a rock inside the insulator. There are bubbles and some tiny rocks throughout the insulator. The (F-Skirt) embossing reads: PAT APP FOR. and the (R-Skirt) embossing reads 5/A.
