Here is a CD 136.4 EIN [020] [No embossing] {MLOD} SB in an unlisted deep Blue. Besides a few miniscule scattered pecks, the only damage is to the wire ridges on one side. As shown, it displays nearly mint from the other side. Generous dome glass, a few tiny bits of firebrick, and a small amount of amber and steam add a little character to an already rich color. The Price Guide lists Sky Blue at up to $175. This is darker than that. Sapphire Blue comes in at up to $400. This ain't Sapphire. Considering the damage, how about an even $100?
