Built in 1923 at 44,000-volts as part of a extension supplying a railroad tunnel by the Colorado Power Company. A short stretch of the line at 8,600-ft elevation exists in a half-altered state abandoned. All sorts of insulators are on the line such as line posts, cables, and bell-bottom OB.
